Design |
| |
Design: products are firstly projected on paper and calculated
Models: propulsion tubes calculation of standard measures.
Colours’ matching: all products are firstly projected on paper.
Timing: Ignition time, colours matching and split optimization calculus.
Homologation: after a product testing the competent agency proceed to the project’s homologation phase. |

Production |
| |
It’s subordinated to two distinct working phases:
External (working phase) : Specialized Labs and Agencies;
complete the raw materials’ chemical
analysis, guaranteeing purity and
stability.
Internal (working phase):
the company Lab takes care of colours’ focalization, mixture, and put in practice. |

Test |
| |
Product’s test concerns : charge/pressure, rubbing, height of flight, final result. |

Packaging |
| |
Cardboard sheath:
case preparation for illumination and acoustic effects.
Graft of the “pyric delay”:
it’s inserted at the base of the cardboard sheath.
Internal assemblage:
hand made mini containers insertion of several previously selected colours and effects.
Propelling charge: the last working phase concerns the addition of the propelling charge to the semi-finished product. |
